When it comes to sexual health, saying no is always an option. Everyone has the right to make decisions about their own body, boundaries, and comfort level. Whether you say no to sex, to a certain activity, to pressure from a partner, or simply because the timing doesn’t feel right, your choices should be respected. Sex is a privilege, not a right, and your body deserves protection and care.
Sexual health goes beyond preventing HIV, STIs, or unintended pregnancy; it’s also about safety, consent, communication, and emotional well-being. Healthy sexual experiences require clear agreement from everyone involved. No one should ever feel obligated, pressured, or guilty for setting boundaries. While choosing to say no can be difficult or may not always feel possible, your right to say no remains. Exercising that right is a powerful act of self-respect and self-care.
